So here is a picture of the girls' going their homework. A few of you seemed skeptical that we were getting to it. I won't name names. Also a picture from lunch-note the tp for napkins. We get very excited when we to go a restaurant that has BIG western napkins. The third photo is in front of our hostel. We like it so much that we will stay here on our way out of Thailand too.
Good: We like Bangkok. Guess we are city folks at heart.
Bad: Kalin and Maya are going to stay in while Rinda and I explore more.
Surprising: We may have found a place in Venice for 510 Euro for a week. I will believe it when it is all settled.

miss you.
Whew! This principal is sure glad about the homework.
Showed the preschoolers your blog during circle today. We had the globe out to see just how far away Thailand was. Kevin especially seemed pleased you were in Thailand. I think it scrambled some circuits in their little minds that you were sending pictures and words that they were seeing even though you had flown in an airplane across all that ocean. And I have to say, I don't really understand the technology either. But they did like seeing your pictures eating Thai food at a restaurant in Bangkok! Ruby and Nolan liked saying the word "Bangkok."
Random thought re stretching hair products:
Did you know you can use aloe vera as hair gel? I use Fruit of the Earth (FOTE) since it is mostly pure and w/o alcohol, but fresh from a plant would probably work as well. Does aloe vera grow in Thailand?

cool Thai leg wrap? or fashionable broken leg accutramounts? i think a broken leg would have led to a another mini movie- love duck explores the health care system in Thailand, and the Oscar goes to---- hannah and sasha for the wittiest comments
